As an affiliated member of the Ontario Cycling Association (OCA), the OCA requires all ride participants to be members of our club. There are no exceptions!

Please read our terms and conditions before you send in your membership forms.

D'Ornellas Racing Team memberships run  for 12 months from February one year to the end of January the next.  Membership forms can be found at the Bike Shop, D'Ornellas Fitness Factory or via the links below.  With over 150 members last year, we only send out printed materials to members without email addresses (two at last count) or upon request. If you're having troubles printing any of the forms, drop us an e-mail and we'll mail one out to you.

Your Membership fees pay for our riding and social programs during the year. First-time members pay $45. Renewing members get a break and pay only $35.  For each member of your family living at the same address, pay an additional $15 for each family member. (Don't forget one form per person please!)
The Ontario Cycling Association (OCA) requires that all club members be covered under their 3rd-Party Liability Insurance policy. This costs an additional $25 for each member and is paid in one of two ways:

• The first Insurance payment method is with your 1st club membership. If you only belong to the D'Ornellas Racing Team, it's easy. Add $25 each for each member.

This is where the waivers come in. The OCA requires us to submit the Canadian Cycling Assocation (CCA) waiver with your insurance fees. The CCA waiver requires your name, address and age along with your signature.

If you belong to another club and their membership includes OCA insurance, indicate the club name on our form and pay only your D'Ornellas membership fee.

• The second Insurance method is if you obtain an OCA license, either Citizen Permit or full UCI license. Both of these license fees include the OCA insurance, so indicate your license state on our form and pay only your D'Ornellas membership fee.   Note: If you hold a full OCA/UCI license AND race for another BikeShop in the GTA, our Sponsorship Agreement with D'Ornellas Bike Shop doesn't allow us to accept your membership.

Sorry, TBN, OMCA, OMBA, OAT or other cycling or triathlon memberships don't include the OCA insurance fee and you must either pay through an OCA-affiliated club membership or an OCA license.

Fill out the form, sign all the appropriate form and waivers and mail the form and waivers with your cheque to the address above.

When we receive your application, we'll send you a OCA Club Insurance card and a D'Ornellas Racing Team membership sticker for your bike. If you need more than 1 sticker for additional bicycles, please indicate on your membership form.
